2 reasons - POG falling in last few days plus uncertainty created by the delay in announcing the MRE. 'Imminent" can be interpreted to mean immediate - a near 2 week delay is not imminent - in my view something has caused a delay - maybe their quality control has identified some issues and they need to re-cut the figures.
