It is certainly a possibility, but I am not 100% convinced a take over move is here yet.
Given the large chunk of ELDPA, and the clause of premium in a take over scenario, the ELDPA SH should sky-rocket much faster than the regular share. The more the ELDPA's are purchased on market, the less they have to pay.
I hold ELDPA only, and expect to get my $100 plus premium in a take-over, if it happens.
