congratulations on deciding to buy a few FML shares.

In answer to your question.
Cre shares are being swapped for fml shares and fml gets the cre business.
Fml is using shares instead of money to pay for this purchase.
That means if FMl issue a quarter more shares,then you own 20% less of the fml existing business.

In exchange you get the existing cre business added to the fml business,which overall creates an even bigger enterprise.

No you don't get extra shares,but you supposedly get extra value added to each of your fml shares that you own in a bigger business.

Might i just suggest you get a bit more familiar with what your investing in before parting with any money.
