Take Over Question

Hi team,

I'm fairly new to this stock (only in from ~January). I've been following this forum for a while, but just one question from me re a take over - and apologies if I've just missed it...

Everyone seems to talk like the whole plan for this stock is for it to be taken over? And that the obvious suitor is CATL. Was there/has there been an announcement to this affect, or is this just an assumption, given the potential size of AVZ's resource and the fact that CATL is one of the largest battery companies?

And again, sorry if this is a super obvious and I've just missed an announcement/comment from earlier.
