I have sent two emails to GAU requesting whether they will be building in safeguards to prevent SLV from launching a T/O bid for GAU.

No response was forthcoming.

So I will vote against the 19% placement to SLV.
I am happy for the partnership, but I get the feeling that the GAU and SLV management are in bed with each other, and it is not in the interest of GAU shareholders.

IMO SLV is overpriced and GAU underpriced.

I am interested in others comments.
