    Self satisfying...LHG...will never get taken over WHY...the PNG Goverment is their main shareholder and PNG does NOT sell their shares...just a PNG Goverment policy...unlike Australia..their Goverment does not sell these assets..like Oilsearch...also owned majority by PNG Goverment...keeps all their people happy and PNG gets the rights to mine...so, TAKEOVER..I DOUBT THAT..
