Good to see it up today.
Hopefully something is brewing.
If you take an avg price of say $3.40 and apply the standard 20% you are looking at $4.08
If a bid is made it would prob come in around $3.90 - $4.10 (IMO) depending on how cheeky the buyer wanted to be.
That still leaves room for management to leverage a higher offer without the buyer paying over the odds.
