The Moomba plant plant is supposedly worth about $10 billion (to replace- this is from a Santos presentation a while back).
Beach have 20% of this Santos I think the other 80% - so from just that alone to take out beach and Santos would be worthwhile and that doesn't include all the gas and oil in the cooper that can be used to feed into to this on to there export plants!
In my opinion it is only a matter of time before one of these guys get taken out; building the infrastructure is the major cost for these companies - that is already done.
