Aj, I think if you refer to the offer document to Kalahari it states (from my memory) that they WILL start buying on market.
In Point 13 it states
"Taurus reserves the right to aquire Kalahari shares in the market at or below the offer price"
Could we therefore assume it is them buying EXT?
