Hi all, i have been holding sfx for a few years now and spewing i didnt sell at $1.2 as most people would be!
I am wondering what happens to the market share price in a take over situation, for example if say rio and sfx come to an agreement for a TO at $1.3 do they have to buy on market or is it all done privately and the share price stays the same or might only go up slightly?
any answers i would be grateful. Cheers.
