I should have explained further. I define shorters in two camps: smart and dumb. You see the smart ones like GS going early and hard hence their borrowing at the 1.60 mark. The dumb ones are the ones who come in late. When the music stops for them they are scrambling for a chair hence the rally. I doubt much of the smart money gets caught in those.
