I am not completely convinced Cohen wouldn't sell as he still has a big stake in ISF and sizeable amount of money at risk. He would be like other shareholders in seeing an immediate (higher) return on his shares than current market price.
Would he at this stage of his career, given his demotion and age..want to risk his nest egg or cash it in...as no guarantees of future income if he gets the arse whilse if raider was to offer money he has guaranteed money in the bank.
Remember he has just been demoted so if I was in his shoes I wouldn't be feeling I have necessarily a secure future with ISF.
Nope I think he would definitely cash in with the right offer...and think you are wrong about that if you read the situation and the facts as to where things are at for ISF and Cohen...
