    All depends on your entry point...I have been banging on for ages that private equity players would be looking over isoft.

    Classic sort of situation where private equity players swarm...

    From valuation perspective I would be surprised if we saw an offer anywhere south of 45 cents per share. Thats from me doing some research, applying some valuation metrics, and some assumptions around takeover premium.
