Been a while since that subject reared its head!!
Many times before we have seen this spoken of and nothing came of it.
Imo prime time to do it with the companies asset value so high and SP so damn low!!!
As for $2 that may not happen if that were to occur as i could not see an offer at 100% premium to current prices.
Pretty much unheard of!!!
