As much as I would prefer to see the Qld assets mature, I would think that rather than a takeover, that we are likely to see the company being offered a very lucrative price for the Qld assets.

If that was accepted, then it would tie in with a TSX listing for the company.

The South African asset could be spun out to shareholders as part of an IPO.

That would simplify the asset structure, and presumably allow for the full value of the assets to be realised.
