Manuka honey exports likely to be boosted by tariff cuts in China trade
Australian honey exporters are tipping the already booming trade to China to grow further now tariffs have been slashed under the China Australia Free Trade Agreement (Chafta).On December 19, tariffs on a range of Australian food and agricultural products dropped from 15 per cent to nine per cent, and from January 1, 2017 they dropped down to 6 per cent.
