to me a t/o offer never comes when the price seems to be a bargain...

they always seem to wait till the price has a fair head of momentum and then we see an offer...maybe thats to reassure the banker that the stock has some value i dont know....

but i do know as much as i want to buy some right now...i cant cause i dont have enough available funds in my margin loan...when it gets back to the 90s then i may start buying more...
