They need a new asset but the worry is Morlands is not theirs they would just become the operator and probably have little control over the asset. Can’t see a good deal happening with it. They should buy it for $1.00 and give a guaranteed royalty to the current owners with key milestones for future ownership or return of ownership. Share the risk share the reward
