ASIC can't take action regarding the "coal record modifications" as they aren't a financial product (AFP can I think ??) - but they went for TER (under whistle blower provision's) and those involved (Daniel McCarthy, Nathan Boom, Wallace King and Craig Ransley) for false & misleading announcements.
