    The case against TER wasn't "dismissed" - they reached an agreement to resolve the whistle blower victimisation claims (https://asic.gov.au/about-asic/news-centre/find-a-media-release/2023-releases/23-045mr-asic-sues-terracom-limited-its-managing-director-chief-commercial-officer-former-chair-and-a-former-director/)
