(2) Blair Athol Performance(i) Coal SalesWhilst the Blair Athol acquisition was transformational for TerraCom in 2017, Blair Athol has struggledto achieve its nameplate coal sales production of 2Mtpa (not achieved since 2022FY) and has in factbeen in structural decline over the last few years. This resulted in TerraCom reducing the coal salestarget.(a) (b) FY2024: reduced target to 1.8Mtpa, achieved only 1.57Mtpa.FY2025: reduced target to 1.6Mtpa, achieved 1.04Mt in the first 9 months and need toachieve 561kt in the current quarter (Jun25). Of note, 561kt coal sales in a quarter hasnot been achieved since June 2022.
