Not like this, this thing is about to blast off, its worth less then its stock assets and especially properties.
If tomorrow it trades over twenty million dollars then it is on, gloves off my guess is HVN want it.
What a take over prospect for WES WDC or HVN, HVN has just consolidated its REB buy up from 2006 - everybody I was with back then collected a fortune out of that and I always said given a slow down in markets and DJS being weighed down with all the other debt ladden retail turkeys that HVN would come and hunt it down.
Anything is possible I am backing a take over season lead recovery in the market, whay not? Things like DJS are impossibly underpriced!
