MGX took over from AZDEC with 6 months to go from production. MGX didnt add any mines since then.
Share holder approval: it was one major shareholder who has land rights jumped to MGX so AZDEC shareholders gave away some of their profits to MGX shareholders for nothing in return. I was one of those grumpy shareholders voted against that but who cares about small investors
