With the continued price discount on cash backing alone surprises me, in current market conditions where funds are required to run mining companies be it exploration or other - cash is king and therefore one would think the sp would be greater than cash backing on syr holding as they state they are on the hunt for a project acquisition which should be acquired at heavily discounted price due to the above mentioned.
