    Of course they are a speccie. A couple of months of profits doesn't mean a lot, its their ability to build on current profits and show sustained growth that will take them from speccie status.

    At the moment they are relying heavily on one source of income. As an example, tell me what would happen if the machine broke down or was damaged for any length of time. There goes your profit in one foul swoop.

    Why are they longer required to report money? Because they are no longer considered at risk of becoming insolvent short-term. They have showed that they can sustain operations. This doesn't infer that they are out of speecie status. Most companies, speccie or not, report quarterly.

    The company still has a long way to go to be perceived as a sustainable company with long-term growth prospects. And this is why they are about to trade down to 3.7c.

    TOX has great potential, but still has alot to prove. Until then they are definitely a speculative investment.
