watch what happens to the share price when tox is granted a license to treat waste in the eastern states.
nsw and vic are crying out for a facility like tox's and i believe that tox's director's are currently trying to get a license for these states. tox is like you said oversold and will surge on the next good annoucement. they are trying to pull of some deals at the moment and have plenty of cash to fund an acquisition coupled with a very impressive cash generating operation.
