    My million dollar question is: How does a CEO year on year keep getting paid 1m+ plus for not executing on transforming the company around...Is it time for a new CEO to carry over what the current CEO can't. In my eyes Billabong still has a good brand name but I would be keen to hear on what other investors think is currently wrong with this company....And do I believe retail sales in Australia are struggling...Hell No
