That is an easy question to answer: "Whatever Alcoa is currently interested in.".
But all this takeover talk is premature and naive imo. Until Alcoa leaves, there will be no takeover by anyone. They aren't doing this idly or at risk.
If Alcoa leaves, "what is there to take over?" will be a silly question, and nobody will be left here to answer it except the guy holding a bag.
If Alcoa stays, "What is there to take over?" will be a silly question because everyone will know the answer.
