    I’m quite ignorant to the requirements of a takeover, I’m guessing this could only be done with a majority approval from shareholders at a proposed price?

    Sitting at a market cap of 90M now does seem weird considering the term sheet includes funding of circa 260M for 65%… why not just take 100% for much less?
