Someone can check again but pretty sure Alcoa or related parties can't buy shares on market at the moment given the current status of the binding terms etc. I guess you can't rule it out in the future.
If anyone else wants to take over the company outside Alcoa they can certainly try but the majority of shareholders need to be comfortable with the offer and I wouldn't have thought that the current share price isn't where more shareholders would want to sell.
