    With shares so tightly held, most of the infrastructure in place and orders already coming in, no debt....could PVE be on the radar as a takeover by the majors? It has so much potential and appears to have minimal risk. Additionally, their location is perfect for distribution into Europe which currently relies so heavily on Russia for its gas.
