Not on the table imo. Delay due to lawyers back and forth in my view and other posts. I have not partaken in a deal like this (by any means) but have experience in other negotiations, this could drag on for a while.
TH was needed and not extend MoU, terms & agreement been finalised and suspension required until finalised. However long it takes, as long as it’s beneficial for holders.
For those that may be concerned about a suspension, it’s not by any means a bad thing and think in this instance very positive as it gives me faith DF may just be looking after PRL’s interest.
However, if a TO was in play, I’ll take FMG over TE. Oz owned and given Twiggy’s current noise would just feel more comfortable with results. AIMO and all that jazz.
