There is no reason why Total Eren would get some money out of the petty cash box to take over PRL.
PRL is a real strategic asset in Australia and Total E with 550 million Euros in 2021 with 1 billion Euros net reserves. Trying to do any take over at this stage would tarnish its reputation Worldwide having over 100 electric centrals in the World, including 256MWc Kiarnal Solar Farm in Victoria 2nd largest project for TE.
Worth logging into TE web and see how substantial it is - can easily pay cash to develop PRL for 200B AUD.
