Although we had issued at 18c per script to BBIL. But from the official alintas Samuel report BBIl was actually paid $4 plus per share to wipe 450 millions from our debts.
Also it is a staple security. Every share stapled to a unit in our trust. Our trust owe us 450 milions of debts. So we are part of creditor as well. The suitors need to take that into consideration. If BBIl paid $4 a share to wipe off 450 milions of debt. Then I suppose, 20c to 50c is fair and reasonable to get us support to wipe off our turst debt. Or convert it into equity and return it to existing shareholders as our new holding in the new company.
