I agree, this is why I had doubts when people on this thread suggested that the cash reserves of the company including those derived from the rights issue would go over to Mr Loh with the bussiness. How loans, debts, and cash reserves are handled will be pivital to whether this is a good deal for shareholders. With 17c a share back to shareholders and the cash reserves being retained by the company then the sp at this time should IMHO be quite a lot higher than it currently is. Anyway we live in interesting times.
