    The $7m possibly doesn't go direct to XCD
    But reduces project development costs I believe.

    Project is fully funded except for a small portion of a few million inc. working capital
    Ian Culbert said that there was more than one bank offering finance but seems like couldn't get a few more % debt/equity

    Fully funded 70% project ownership is more than respectable.
    Unlike GBG starting with 100% down to 50% or less at both the project and company level.

    Interesting to compare IKW and FMS to XCD and SDL
