That isn't exactly true

For every share they buy, it increases the cash backing per share and also everyone's ownership equally

They cannot simply use the cash at their discretion and any acquisition or major purchase will be subject to shareholder vote, likewise with any takeover bid

I do think a bid will come, and if it is after the IPP license I doubt they will get this for under cash backing

You can't argue it isn't good value here
