I had no idea that there was a clawback issue, not very impressed by that
And if there had been an actual impact on the company I would have been screaming bloody murder.
But it was dealt with as soon as it became a potential stumbling block. Financing issues often sound dire without ending up as such.
I don't see anything tangible to require my forgiveness
