wasn't that long ago azr holders wanted 28.. then it went to 30 now 40..

AZR actually informed the market last week they'd approached mgx about a negotiated increase in offer to settle.. and mgx told them to get stuffed after azr had milked another $17m out of mgx FOR ONE SOLITARY aztec SHAREHOLDER. Shame about the bunnies.. no pun intended.

Mgx will get board control then after that it will get 90% by way of the NEW board accepting the current bid. And if it doesn't...then control will do for now..
(just ask sun hung or lee ming .. maybe even shougang.. )

Any increase in azr sp trading at the moment (to 25.5c) only reflects positioning IN MGX by the various parties.. who will shortly take mgx out.
