I've never seen anyone calcualte the npv of a so called royalty stream the way azr did. AZR were held over a barrel by whoever it is that owns ARC.. you want the bank financing.. you settle.

What proportion of the $17m was to extinguish the claw back rights no one had heard of.. ??

besides what does it matter.. mgx will soon enough have control.. and then whoever takes out mgx will get azr as a bonus.. all thats happened is that a prime target (mgx) have measurable enhanced their attractiveness.. by taking out azr first.
