Again another case of an incompetent board driving a good company to a penny dreadful. Don't worry they will sell the business they have destroyed, because they don't have a clue how to rebuild it to what it was. They will get their payoff while the poor mug shareholders again will loose out. It will take a company like Macquarie to get the best out of Bullet Proof.
Well done directors, you will be OK, you will probably get a job with Macquarie (although they probably have the good sense to not touch you) Hang your head in shame and think of the poor investors who lost a motza because of you. The sad thing is, I don't think you really care, you have done alright (your free options you continue to give yourself) Lucky I believe in Karma.
