I'm unfamiliar with takeovers...
Does the company taking over generally pay a premium for the company?
If so, I believe Base should currently be worth (as stated by numerous brokers 68c)
Moving forward, I believe (as you've said) that they should have significantly more FCF and therefore a premium on 68c should be an easy pill to swallow.
With the position Base holds in an emerging market (Africa), i believe they have a bright future so any takeover would be involve quite a premium on current price?
