    Profit is my major consideration re valuations but I understand the market can look at other things. $1.89 is roughly 2 billion? Therefore, conservatively speaking, IF Base Resources can achieve a dividend of 11 cents, that puts it at 2bn by general dividend yield standards.

    11 cents is 6% dividend yield and 6% of 2bn is 120m which is under our FCF at this stage. Currently it is being used to finance debt and mine expansions (which in my mind is better than a dividend) so yes, I would say 2bn is well within reach on the current trajectory.
