    Guess it will be down to the large holders. Will they hold out for a sweeter deal, or consider the offer as fair value?

    Any marginal bidder in the wings may be running the numbers based on current exchange rate. A drop below 75c may flush out a small counter bidder. $30 would be what the current bid is worth based on the forex rate drop since the initial bid. Would it be enough for the board to waver?
