Sorry boys the only strange suits that have been walking around HQ have been their financiers.

There is always the possibility of a take-over, but clearly their institutional investors didn't think so.

If Commander are forced to raise more money via share placement, the share price will fall even further.

I guess we will know the answer to that question shortly. What we can be sure of is that their instituational investors were not interested in stumping up more cash.

Up until Commander, I am told that PPT had an impecible track record of picking companies ripe for a take-over. PPT have just sold out and that tells me what they think.

With the recent share price implosion, there has been no management changes announced, no directional changes announced and no plan to turn things around. Not one single senior manager or Board member has been changed.

Come on, lets all wake up and smell the roses.
