IMHO - I'm not so sure, Maggie has spent a lot of time basically becoming the company and with everything more or less being moved back to Tanunda S.A., I don't think it would be a friendly one. Also a number of the major shareholders are on her side. Maggie certainly doesn't seem to need the cash, was it $10m for Maggie Beer foods? GLTAH
