    Yes and the outcome was they walked away as they couldn’t add up the “hefty” price tag. They did the same thing in other business due diligence processes such as Virgin Australia. This could become a business people go after based on the base and any investor will know that with passing regulatory concerns it is probably more fairly valued 10 times revenue which is about 2bil.
    if someone like square was willing to pay 20 times revenue it could a very big swing.
