Fdemarco, You raised the question why bother with the Trading Halt if you were not in a position to announce something to market yet? According to the announcement both NKWE & Igc want it to go ahead but are renegotiating. Its likely a higher price because we now have Anglo Plat sniffing around. We have been told that Igc will continue to trade after the deal is sealed with NKWE until we get our cash. At this stage the only way Anglo Plat or someone else can get in on the deal is by an aggressive take over, which will push the price well up. If we weren’t in a trading halt, Anglo or whoever would be accumulating in the 30c range but now they will be forced to pay much more. A win, win situation for us.
