I think that the joint venture with Wyndham plus the massive debt owing to ADY at that time made it impossible to sell Vallenar.
However I recall a number of companies such as ARU were able to borrow up to $20m from YA Global last Oct. Why did ADY not borrow ? Answer most likely was the deal being organised with Charge Res. Who was to benefit from the deal is widely known.I suspect they got cold feet when a whisper that ASIC may have been investigating hit the market.
