    P & E after the Rincon sale is shown on the books as only $2.9m.

    So much for the cost of the tin shed!

    What P & E is represented by the $2.9m is unknown but most likely relates to the shipping depot. Again I suggest that you check with the company.

    The value of the iron ore is immaterial. Go back and look at the value of the lithium the company in the ground had and see if it compares with what ADY got for Rincon... no match.
